Sam recently replaced the integrated LED recessed lighting in our kitchen and I have to say we couldn’t be more pleased not only with the new lights, but also with the excellent customer service we received from Sam. Sam was courteous, respectful and professional and got the job done quickly. It’s hard to find people with those sort of customer service skills in today’s world. Sam is definitely an asset to Bills Superior Electric.

I searched several locations to have a simple repair to one outlet, and came across Bill's Superior which showed good reviews. Dawson came and fixed a GIF plug in our bath - he was polite, explained everthing, and also answered a few questions about some other possible work we may do in the future.

I called because I was haveing issues with a outlet. They walked me through on how to fix it and how it operates. It works now. Instead of around the bush and costing me some money. Recommend giving them a call. I also wanna say thank you Sam for being a good man.

Sam was very efficient and fast, he clearly knew what he was doing. I have had electricians come to the house in the past, where they brought two people, one was training the other one and neither one of them seem to know what they were doing, but they charged me more than I thought the job was worth.

Austin came out, gave it a quick look, knew exactly what we needed to do. Got me a quote and grabbed his tools and knocked it out in no time. Turned a very simple job into the easiest part of my day! Very nice and professional and knew his stuff. Thank you Bills and Austin for the best customer experience!

The whole team is great. We used them on a job we picked up from another contractor we took over 2 jobs from. They were great. Sam was the lead on the 2 jobs. Great communication and timely. I would recommend them, and will also be using them on some of our jobs in the future

I just googled this company and decided to try them. Austin was very polite and knowledgeable. He has now fixed a couple of issues at my house. This is a fantastic company and electrician in my opinion.
